It's always hard to lose, and it's even harder to lose by a single point. Just ask Belmont Hill, the unfortunate recipient of a 17-16 defeat at the hands of St. Sebastian's School on Friday.
Belmont Hill's loss pushes them down to 6-2. The victory bumped St. Sebastian's School's record up to 4-3.
Belmont Hill will square off against Governor's Academy at 1 p.m. ET next week. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match. As for St. Sebastian's School, they will go up against Thayer Academy at 10:30 a.m. ET. Thayer Academy took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse St. Sebastian's School's good fortune.
