Mashpee's DeShaun Dias rumbled for the longest rushing play in South Shore - Small this season in his game against Nantucket last week. Dias scampered for 85 yards on the play and finished with 192 on the day as his team beat the Whalers.
Cohasset was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from fourth to second in the league. The Skippers vanquished Norwell 49-8 earlier in the week.
Kevin Frye was the best receiver in the league this week as Mashpee defeated Nantucket. Frye tallied 2 receptions for 55 yards.
Chris Haggerty put up the best numbers in passing as Cohasset beat the Clippers. He finished with 6 completions for 104 yards. Haggerty's favorite target this week was Rocco Laugelle, who caught 3 passes for 52 yards.
Dias was the best running back in South Shore - Small this week. Robert Andrade also contributed to the rushing game with 71 yards on the ground.
Dias provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Matt Triveri's team bested William Manchester's team.
