Devyn Quigley was a one-man wrecking crew for Manchester Township as she scored 40 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Madeline Nolan, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds.
Manchester Township's victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-0. As for Donovan Catholic, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Manchester Township will take on Pope John XXIII in a holiday battle at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at. Donovan Catholic will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lakewood at 4:00 p.m. on January 16, 2024.
