Ethan Burke Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Sadly, Ethan Burke posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead South Windsor over Platt on Friday. Burke rushed for 296 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.5 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (113.8) per game. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 95-yard run.
South Windsor now has a losing record at 2-3. Burke and South Windsor will play host again on Saturday to welcome Conard, where kickoff is scheduled at 11:00 a.m.

Windsor picked up their fifth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to John Manning. Manning did his part (and then some), rushing for 229 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry for the 'W'.
Windsor pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Manning and Windsor will face off against Enfield at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
