Saranac came out on top against Peru on Monday thanks in part to Seth Petrashune's efforts. Petrashune wasn't messing around, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off five hits. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with eight or more strikeouts.
