The biggest upset of the week belonged to Kennett, who took down 167th ranked Great Valley, 17-14. Jordan Lardani ran for 114 yards in the win.
The Blue Demons moved up to 169 from 212 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Ches-Mont - American. Kennett was able to make the jump by besting the Patriots 17-14.
Octorara Area's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Alex Gooden threw for 101 yards and Anthony Dinorscia had 77 yards receiving. On the ground Gooden chipped in 145 yards. Shaun Devlin helped Octorara Area's passing attack out by catching one ball for seven yards.
Kennett's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Blue Demons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jordan Jones has thrown for 622 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Liam Clarke has 14 catches for 253 yards. Lardani leads the league in rushing with 1012 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Great Valley takes on Unionville. Michael Choi CAA's team is currently in sixth, while the Indians are in first.
There should be lots of points scored when Scott Green's team and the Braves face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Blue Demons comes in having scored 194 this season, while Octorara Area has scored 111. Kennett scored 17 points last week as it defeated the Patriots.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Bayard Rustin takes on Oxford. The Golden Knights have allowed 95 points this season, while the Hornets have given up 112.
Oxford took down Jed King's team 35-7 last week, the largest margin of any game.
