Their game last Thursday wasn't at all kind to Central, but their most recent contest may have softened the blow. They walked away with a 32-24 win over Muldrow. The win was a breath of fresh air for Central as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
The victory bumped Central's record up to 1-3. The loss dropped Muldrow's record to 1-4.
Central will be playing at home against Poteau at at 7:00 PM next week. These teams both seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Muldrow, they will face off against Fort Gibson. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.
