Walkertown's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaden Tyson led the charge by scoring 12 points along with four steals. Tyson hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaylen Wilkerson, who scored 13 points along with six rebounds.
Thomasville posted their biggest win yet this season on Tuesday. They blew past East Davidson 55-33. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Thomasville has posted against East Davidson since January 24, 2022.
Walkertown's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Thomasville, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-5 record this season.
