They put the hurt on Palmer Ridge with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Rangers haven't had any issues with the Bears recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Lewis-Palmer not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Palmer Ridge between 16 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-18.

Lewis-Palmer relied on the efforts of Cady Knight, who had 16 digs and two aces, and Olivia Ivall, who had 13 assists and eight digs. Knight has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last 11 times she's played.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Air Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They came up short against Cheyenne Mountain, falling 3-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-17, 25-10.
Lewis-Palmer's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Air Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
Here's a few offensive stats to keep an eye on ahead of Tuesday's match: Lewis-Palmer has really dialed in their serving this season, having averaged 5.6 aces per game. However, it's not like Air Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 7.6 aces. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
