D'Hanis found a leader in Aaron Chapman as the team took down Brackett on Tuesday. Chapman was unstoppable, getting on base in five of his six plate appearances with four runs, one double, and one RBI. He is becoming a predictor of D'Hanis' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 5-7 when he doesn't).

Looking ahead, Chapman and D'Hanis will be playing in front of their home fans against La Pryor at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cowboys are a perfect 9-0 against the Bulldogs going back to March of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
