Bloomsburg (Pa.) extended its winning streak to five games with a 42-20 victory over
Muncy (Pa.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a passing touchdown in the first quarter, the Panthers led 21-7 at the half.
Bloomsburg expanded its lead to 29 points entering the fourth quarter. BHS scored three times in the third, including once on a defensive touchdown.
Troy Hembury made a difference for the Indians. The senior running back ran for two touchdowns. He has now scored 12 touchdowns on the season.
Muncy came in giving up 16.2 points per game this season.
Muncy (4-2) will play a non-conference game against Columbia Montour Vo-Tech next week, while Bloomsburg (5-1) will take on Southern Columbia Area in a Heartland III game.
