Football Recap: Davis Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Davis had lost six straight, but after bumping their record up to 2-6 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They snuck past the Eisenhower Cadets with a 20-14 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Pirates also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

As for Eisenhower, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8. On the bright side, the 14- point effort marked their highest-scoring game to date.

Although Eisenhower took the loss, they still got scores from Roman Castillo and Antonio Castillo.

Davis and Eisenhower could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Pirates will square off against Moses Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (170 vs. 12). Meanwhile, Eisenhower (ranked 212th) will meet Sunnyside (ranked 65th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
