St. Clair County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Landyn Smith, who threw for 276 yards and three TDs while completing 76.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 65 yards and one score on only six carries. Looking ahead, St. Clair County will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Montgomery Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
