Leading 6-Man District 1 (6 Man) in both passing and receiving yards, the Coyotes' Joseph Benavidez and Ryan Bone have proven to be a lethal combination. Benavidez has thrown for 556 yards this season, while Bone has 17 catches for 237 yards. Lake Arthur's Miguel Rubio leads the league in rushing yards with 840.
The most important game in the league this week will be the match up between the Panthers and San Jon/Grady. Lake Arthur enters the contest ranked second in the state, while Bobby Gomez's team ranks 10th.
Fans will be treated to a premier battle in the secondary when the Coyotes' Bone goes up against Jose Porras' team's Cody Dalton.
