Kennebunk was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss  dating back to last season. They were a single  run away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Noble Knights. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their  defeat the last time these teams played  back in May of 2024.
 Isaac Jensen was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  struck out 12 batters over  5.2 innings while giving up  four earned  (and one unearned) runs off   four  hits.
 At the plate,  Sam Haley was cooking despite his team's loss,   going 1-for-2 with two  runs and one  stolen base.  Joseph DiGiovanni was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with one  run and one  RBI.
Kennebunk's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
