Fauquier have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Millbrook at 7:00 PM. Fauquier are limping into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
Two weeks ago, Fauquier came up short against Dominion, falling 14-21.
Meanwhile, Millbrook took the matchup and then some with a 67-28 victory last week over Turner Ashby. Millbrook were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Millbrook's win lifted them to 3-1 while Fauquier's defeat dropped them down to 0-3. We'll see if Millbrook's success rolls on or if Fauquier are able to steal their positive momentum.
