Meanwhile, Cedar Ridge's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 49-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Williams. Cedar Ridge has not had much luck with Williams recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
East Chapel Hill has been struggling recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Cedar Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-14.
East Chapel Hill strolled past Cedar Ridge in their previous matchup back in November of 2023 by a score of 52-38. The rematch might be a little tougher for East Chapel Hill since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
