The Pelham Panthers had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 50-42 victory over Briarwood Christian. The score was all tied up 25-25 at the break, but Pelham was the better team in the second half.
Pelham found their leader in underclassman Tee King, who scored 26 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which King has scored at least a third of Pelham's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Karma Wynn, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Pelham's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-10. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Briarwood Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-10.
Pelham does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Briarwood Christian also has no future games currently scheduled.
