Skyview is 0-10 against Belgrade since April of 2021 but things could change  on Thursday. The Falcons will welcome the Panthers  at 3:00  p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the two teams posted some lofty  run totals in their previous games.
Skyview is headed into Thursday's   match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game  on Tuesday. They fell  17-12 to Billings Central Catholic.
  Ruby Sheridan stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run. Another player making a difference was  Rebekah Nickish, who  went 2-for-3 with four  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run.
Meanwhile, Belgrade faced Gallatin in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Panthers came out on top against the Raptors by a score of  10-7. The  win was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won four  games in a row.
 Olivia Mills spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered seven earned runs on seven hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been consistent: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side,  Bailee White was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and one  stolen base. Those  four  RBI gave  her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ava Lund, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI and one  double.
 Belgrade pushed their record up to 11-4-1 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Skyview, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging  on Thursday. Skyview hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season,  having  averaged 0.7  home runs per game. However, it's not like Belgrade struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 0.6  home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
