Jaylen Patterson Turns in Season-Best Performance
San Jacinto was led to victory by Jaylen Patterson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Patterson rushed for 105 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 162 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 passes.
The victory was the sixth in a row for San Jacinto, bringing their record for this year to 6-1. Patterson and San Jacinto are taking a road trip to face off against Elsinore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jeremiah Brown was instrumental in extending San Jacinto's winning streak to six on Friday. Brown turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up three sacks, forcing a fumble, and making nine total tackles (4.0 for loss).
Tahquitz's probably not too fond of Brown given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Brown saw the Titans), he made eight total tackles and defended three passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.

Jomini Ransom was instrumental in extending San Jacinto's winning streak to six on Friday. Tahquitz had no answer to Ransom as he rushed for 77 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
This season, Ransom has run in 7 touchdowns while averaging 101.3 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 5.43 rushing yards per game.

Guerrero Made His Presence Known in Temescal Canyon's 14-0 Win
Keeping Rios company is Jordan Guerrero, a fellow Temescal Canyon player. He rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 100 rushing yards dating back to last season.
For the year, Guerrero has run in 10 touchdowns while averaging 141 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 5.67 rushing yards per game.
