Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Fairview to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bekkem Kritza, who scored 27 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kritza has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Owen Foster, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Loveland lost, one person who can't be blamed is Zayne Desouza. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 28 points and 11 rebounds. Desouza hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. Evan Mccann was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Fairview is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. As for Loveland, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-11.
Fairview will be playing in front of their home fans against Brighton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Loveland, they will head out on the road to square off against Broomfield at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
