The team relied heavily on Corynn Foster, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs, two stolen bases, and four RBI. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Arianna Collins, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

Chandler Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Leading Edge Academy - GEC, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 7-8.
Wednesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Chandler Prep has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .545. However, it's not like Leading Edge Academy - GEC struggles in that department as they've averaged .582.
