While Palm Bay put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Westwood. The Pirates didn't even let the Panthers on the board, marking the Pirates' second-straight 13-0 shutout. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by six runs or more this season.

Miguel Martinez was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. That's the most runs he has posted since March 3rd. Another player making a difference was Jacob Hines, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and two RBI.

The win (which was Palm Bay's fifth in a row) raised their record to 12-7. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Westwood, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Coming up, Palm Bay is taking a road trip to face off against Rockledge at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Westwood, they will host Port St. Lucie at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
