Meanwhile, Neshaminy sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 win over Upper Merion Area on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Neshaminy.
It was another big night for Nate Townsend, who scored 22 points along with nine rebounds and six assists. Townsend set a new season high mark in assists with six. Another player making a difference was Max Currie, who scored six points along with five rebounds.
Harry S. Truman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Neshaminy, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
Harry S. Truman took a serious blow against Neshaminy in their previous matchup back in January, falling 61-33. Can Harry S. Truman avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
