Jah Sheppard Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Martin County's Jah Sheppard, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Sheppard rushed for 173 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.2 rushing touchdowns per game.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Martin County, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. Sheppard and Martin County will challenge Washington County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Washington County's probably not too fond of Knapp given he always seems to get the better of them. Knapp threw for 425 yards and four touchdowns while completing 72.1% of his passes the last time he and the Panthers duked it out back in September of 2023.

Kamerin Mcdowell-Moore Turns in Another Game with at Least 105 Rushing Yards
Kamerin Mcdowell-Moore continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his third-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 105 rushing yards. He rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
Unfortunately for Bertie, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Mcdowell-Moore. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Mcdowell-Moore saw the Falcons), he picked up 51 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown.

Maddux Thach Dazzles in Perquimans Victory
Another Perquimans player making an appearance on this list is Maddux Thach. He picked up 113 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 55 yards.

Kel'Javious Moore's big game helped extend Martin County's winning streak to five on Friday. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made nine or more in the last six games he's played dating back to last season.
