Llano and Ingram Moore are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Yellowjackets will host the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Llano will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
Llano's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over Florence. The result was nothing new for the Yellowjackets, who have now won ten contests by eight runs or more so far this season.
Grayson Lilie made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched. Lilie was also big at the plate, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

In other batting news, Javier Aviles was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four RBI and two doubles. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Austin Humphries was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.
Llano always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .622. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in four consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Ingram Moore beat Comfort 6-3 on Thursday.
Tyler Langbein spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on four hits and racked up 15 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Joe Zabala, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.
Ingram Moore now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Llano, their victory bumped their record up to 15-4.
Ingram Moore's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Llano hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .355. It's a different story for Ingram Moore, though, as they've only averaged .212. Will they be able to contain Llano's hitters?
Llano might still be hurting after the 13-1 defeat they got from Ingram Moore when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the Yellowjackets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
