Basketball Recap: Ridge Community Extends Winning Streak to Three

Ridge Community strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They took down the Fivay Falcons 59-43.

Among those leading the charge was Amare Walker, who posted 12 points in addition to five assists and four steals. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Herring, who put up eight points.

Despite the loss, Fivay still got an impressive performance from Tyshawn James, who scored 13 points and eight boards. Thanks to that strong game, James now owns an excellent 50% three-point shooting accuracy.

Ridge Community's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Fivay, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Ridge Community has already played their next game, a 65-51 victory against Freedom on the 28th. As for Fivay, they will square off against Mitchell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
