The Bunceton Dragons will head out on the road to  face off against  the Smithton Tigers at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. Smithton took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Bunceton, who comes in off a win.
 Last Thursday, Bunceton was able to grind out a solid  victory over Slater, taking the game  6-2. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Bunceton.
 Meanwhile, Smithton was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight  loss. They suffered a  rough 15-1 defeat at the hands of Lone Jack.
 Smithton saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Ryan Pond, who  went 1-for-2 with  an  RBI.
 Bunceton's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Smithton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
 Bunceton was able to grind out a solid  victory over Smithton in their previous matchup  back in May of 2019, winning  9-4. Does  Bunceton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Smithton turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
