Woodbridge has gone a perfect 10-0 against Freedom recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Woodbridge will host Freedom at 6:00 p.m. Woodbridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8 runs per game this season.

Woodbridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Gar-Field on Friday as Woodbridge made off with a 15-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Noah Babcock spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, Caelan Goodwin-Slater was a standout: he scored two runs while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Powell, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-5.

Woodbridge was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .514. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Freedom had to start their season on the road last Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against Manassas Park, falling 21-4. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Langston Hicks made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.

Woodbridge now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Freedom, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Woodbridge took their win against Freedom in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 13-3. Will Woodbridge repeat their success, or does Freedom has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
