In what's become a running theme this season, Fort Wayne Snider gave their fans yet another huge victory on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Carroll 68-29 on the road. Given Fort Wayne Snider's advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked fourth, while Carroll is ranked 119th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Fort Wayne Snider got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordyn Poole out in front who scored 21 points. Kyra Parker was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six rebounds.
Noblesville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a massive bump to their 16-8 record this season. As for Fort Wayne Snider, they pushed their record up to 22-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Noblesville didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Fort Wayne Snider in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 57-51 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Noblesville since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
