William Floyd had a senior duo take command as Shy Hawkins dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds and Kayla Gilmore scored 18 points along with two steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hawkins has scored at least a third of William Floyd's points. Kayden Meyer was another key contributor, scoring three points along with five rebounds.
William Floyd's victory was their 15th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Brentwood, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
