Staunton never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans 13-0. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Reese Bohlen, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Aiden Saracco, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.
Staunton now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Bushnell-Prairie City, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-18.
