The Pine Creek Eagles will take on the Loveland Red Wolves at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Pine Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matches -- so hopefully Loveland likes a good challenge.
Last Thursday, Pine Creek came up short against Doherty and fell 74-63. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (55), the Eagles still had to take the loss.

Pine Creek's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Kyler Chatman, who went 6-for-15 en route to 18 points along with six boards and five assists, and Blake Marshall, who went 8-for-16 to rack up 23 points. Marshall's evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points.
Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Loveland ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 60-53 win over Windsor. The victory was familiar territory for the Red Wolves, who have now won three games in a row.
Loveland's win came from a few key players Pine Creek will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Zayne Desouza, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Mason Morris was another key player, going 6-for-10 on his way to 17 points.
Loveland smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in six consecutive contests.
Loveland's record now sits at 16-7. As for Pine Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Pine Creek has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 26.4 boards per game. However, it's not like Loveland struggles in that department as they've been averaging 33.4 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Pine Creek didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Loveland in their previous matchup back in December of 2015, but they still walked away with a 49-45 win. Will Pine Creek repeat their success, or does Loveland have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
