Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Midlothian Heritage to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ava Batty, who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Grace Sweeney, who scored 14 points.
Midlothian Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Nacogdoches, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-11.
Midlothian Heritage won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Greenhill at 12:30 p.m. on December 29th. One thing working in Greenhill's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five matchups. Nacogdoches will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Huntsville at 7:00 p.m. on January 12, 2024.
