The West Forsyth Titans waltzed into their game Friday with three straight wins but they left with four. They came out on top against Reagan by a score of 42-35. For West Forsyth, this counts as revenge for the 52-42 loss Reagan walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.
West Forsyth's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brooklynn King, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Campbell McClain was another key contributor, scoring five points along with ten rebounds and three steals.
West Forsyth pushed their record up to 8-3 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Reagan, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-6.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Forsyth will challenge Davie at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in North Carolina (Davie is ranked 189th, while West Forsyth is ranked 212th). As for Reagan, they will head out on the road to face off against Parkland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
