Hewlett came out on top against Hempstead on Tuesday thanks in part to Kayla Owens's efforts. Owens wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances. The matchup was her fifth straight with at least one stolen base.
