The Chaputnguak Shaman scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Nuniwarmiut 102-55 on the road. Chaputnguak has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 23 points or more this season.
Ashton Matthew was his usual excellent self, scoring 51 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Robert Jimmy II, who scored 23 points.
Chaputnguak is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season. As for Nuniwarmiut, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
Chaputnguak does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Nuniwarmiut also has no future games currently scheduled.
