The matchup between Hartsville and South Florence on Thursday hardly resembled the 4-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Red Foxes put the hurt on the Bruins with a sharp 16-4 victory. The Red Foxes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 matches by six runs or more this season.

Hartsville got a big performance out of Dorian Mason, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one run. Another player making a difference was Wells Bannister, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Hartsville was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .304 or higher in six consecutive contests.
