The Tri County Area Vikings's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They lost to White Cloud on the road by a decisive 66-50 margin. Tri County Area lost against White Cloud in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 55-42 score last time.
Tri County Area's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Andrew Lenon, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Henry, who scored 12 points.
The last time Tri County Area won on the road was back on Tuesday. Having now lost four straight away contests, they've bumped their record down to 1-4. As for White Cloud, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tri County Area's road trip will continue as they head out to face Pine River Area at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. Pine River Area is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. As for White Cloud, they will head out on the road to face off against Central Montcalm at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
