Molalla lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Madras, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's game. The Indians were the clear victors by a 10-2 margin over the White Buffaloes on Wednesday. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Dillon Shultz, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Douglas Wells also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Molalla kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive contests.

Molalla is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Madras, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-13.

Molalla will have a chance to go back-to-back against the White Buffaloes: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
