Eastgate Life Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being MATT WEBB, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 rebounds. Those 27 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Nate Harbins, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds.
North Georgia Christian Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was J Moulton out in front who scored 24 points. Those 24 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Beaver, who scored 17 points.
Eastgate Life Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for North Georgia Christian Academy, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.
Eastgate Life Academy will take on Covenant Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Covenant Christian Academy is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. North Georgia Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Cleveland Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
