After flying high against Central two weeks ago, West Florence came back down to earth. The West Florence Knights received a blow on Friday as they fell 53-39 to the Lugoff-Elgin Demons.
West Florence lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Gabreille Gunter, who went 8 for 20 on her way to 20 points and seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Natylia Gregg, who posted four points and 14 rebounds.

Even though they lost, West Florence smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2023.
