A Season-Best Performance from Mekhi Simmons Leads Bishop Eustace Prep over Wildwood
On Friday, Bishop Eustace Prep got the W thanks in part to Mekhi Simmons playing the best football he has all season. Simmons rushed for 216 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.
Unfortunately for Wildwood, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Simmons. When Simmons last faced the Warriors back in September of 2023, he rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown.

Roman Faiola Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Bishop Eustace Prep got the W thanks in part to Roman Faiola playing the best football he has all season. Faiola rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 111 yards and a touchdown on only seven passes. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023.
This year, Faiola has thrown 2 touchdowns while averaging 57.9 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to three.
