Parkview Baptist proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by 11) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Thibodaux Tigers 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Parkview Baptist's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Thibodaux, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season.

Parkview Baptist wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 6-4 victory against Zachary on the 14th. As for Thibodaux, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Thibodaux Tigers duke it out with St. James Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on March 20th.
