Delta came out on top against Valley Christian on Friday thanks in part to Chase Parkinson's efforts. Parkinson threw for 135 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 48 yards and one TD. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September.

Parkinson and Delta will venture away from home to take on Mira Loma at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Parkinson up against the Matadors' star signal caller Deangelo Keys.
