Taylor is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Bazemore, who scored seven points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, a well-balanced attack led Suffolk Christian Academy over the Bobcats in every quarter on their way to victory last Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Suffolk Christian Academy blew the Bobcats out of the water with a 42-11 final score. The victory was some much needed relief for Suffolk Christian Academy as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Jamielyn Pippin and Harper Sullivan were among the main playmakers for Suffolk Christian Academy as the former scored 11 points and the latter scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Sullivan has scored all season.
Bethel Assembly Christian Academy's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-7. As for Suffolk Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Bethel Assembly Christian Academy have been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 31 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Suffolk Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 35.2 rebounds per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
