The North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight defeat. They took a 61-43 bruising from Lakehill Prep. North Dallas Adventist Academy was down 49-29 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Drew Perry was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with five assists and five rebounds for Lakehill Prep. Perry has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last 18 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Mercer Palamar, who scored seven points along with nine rebounds.
North Dallas Adventist Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Lakehill Prep, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-13.
North Dallas Adventist Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lakehill Prep will head out on the road to face off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Yavneh Academy will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
