Winning is just a little bit easier when you outrebound your opponent 13 to 6 on the offensive boards, a fact the Chaparral Wolverines proved on Saturday. They put the hurt on MacArthur with a sharp 65-41 victory. Given Chaparral's advantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked fourth in Colorado, while MacArthur is ranked 325th in Texas), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
