Calvary Christian Academy put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Coconut Creek Cougars 72-54. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2019.

Coconut Creek's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Nicholas Lindsay, who went 10-for-17 en route to 24 points and seven boards, and Bivindi Jean, who shot 53% from the field to rack up 20 points and seven rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, Lindsay now owns an excellent 48.6% shooting accuracy. Corey Tate was another key player, putting up eight points.

Calvary Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Coconut Creek, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Coming up, Calvary Christian Academy will challenge Sickles at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Gryphons have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Coconut Creek, they will welcome West Broward at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
