After losing to East Paulding the last time they met, North Paulding decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to James Skelly and Brycen Morris-Martinez. Skelly gained 179 total yards and three touchdowns while Morris-Martinez rushed for 166 yards and a pair of TDs on only 15 carries. The dominant performance also gave Morris-Martinez a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two). Tyler Niehr was another key player, throwing for 147 yards and two touchdowns.
North Paulding was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 364 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as East Paulding only rushed for 127 rushing yards.
